Statement of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights on ordering administrative recess
At the Office of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, the administrative recess ordered on the basis of Government Decree No. 460/2022 (10 November) on the emergency rules applicable to administrative recesses in special status bodies and municipal boards lasts from 22 December 2022 to 6 January 2023.
The duration of the administrative recess does not count towards the administration deadline of the official and other procedures, or the deadline for the fulfilment of contractual obligations.
